Loved my salesman Justin Dudley. He took the time to send videos of my car so I would not drive 1 1/2 hours if it was not what I wanted. Justin took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to this senior lady( many twice). No pricey add ons as I had experienced at other dealerships. I was traveling from New Jersey to Fayetteville N.C. when my Yukon Denali would not start. I was towed to Don Bulluck chevrolet. Tried to buy a truck from them. Sales person Millie was helpful, but of course couldn't sell me anything without approval of her sales manager, Jeff. That's where things went downhill. Jeff was dismissive of my fair offer. Don't buy a Chevrolet, my vehicle had a recall that expired at 120,000 miles (when I bought the vehicle it had over that). When my whole motor died (yes motor, meaning $5,000 for repairs), GM expected me to pay out of pocket because the recall was past it's warranty. My daughter was coming home from school and her car broke down. Don Bullock service department made repairs and charged her $238. The car broke down 30 miles south on I-95 putting my daughter in danger on the interstate. I towed her vehicle home and was told the repairs would need to be done again because the problem was more extensive than the parts they changed. I have asked Curt the service manager for help and he offered none. DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN DANGER. DON"T USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I purchase a car from don't bulluck Chevrolet and after buying the car they say they treat you as a family , but that is not true. Once they get your money and make the exchange you are on your own. I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Don Bulluck Chevrolet on the 18th of March. 2 weeks later, the check engine light comes on out of the blue. I call Onstar to run a diagnostic on it and they tell me it's in the emissions of the truck. I call the service department and they tell me to bring it in. Very friendly, great help in finding the right car for my wife, the intire staff made my wife and I, a part of their family. The atmosphere is not high pressure, as it is in most dealerships. Very honest in pricing, no back and forth pricing games.

I was interested in purchasing a Tahoe they had listed on the website. Apparently the price they listed it for included ALL possible rebates, a fact that was not disclosed. I needed a tire repaired and brought it to this dealer to fix since my car was equiped with the tire pressure sensors. After repairing the tire I was told my engine light was on and after checking the problem told that I needed new spark plugs, My cay only had 35,000 miles on it.
